Wedding of Jane and Jules

Weddings are such beautiful gatherings, where two people make a public vow to love one another for the rest of their lives. When I shoot weddings, my aim and hope is that one day when the couple looks at their wedding day photos, they remember all the precious memories of the day, and that it would rekindle the warmth of their love.

I was privileged to shoot Jules and Jane's wedding on the 11th of August at the Cape Town Hotel School, situated a stone's throw away from the V&A Waterfront in Granger Bay, Cape Town. It was a beautiful venue that faces the open Atlantic ocean. Despite the rainy weather, it was a lovely, intimate wedding as close friends and family witnessed Jules and Jane tying the knot. To the new Mr and Mrs Ilunga Nkulu, thank you for allowing me to be part of your day and may God richly bless your union.

    Your couple looks so relaxed as if time stood still the whole day. Well done Zwi.

    I love how u use your height to give a unique perspective on events like the guy dancing and the kid shot.

      Thanks Humphrey. The couple was quite relaxed so that helped a lot. The height was also boosted using other everyday equipment :D
